간경변증(Liver cirrhosis, LC)

임상 양상

• 간기능 장애에 의한 증상
  • 합성기능의 장애 : albumin↓,cholesterol↓, 응고인자↓-> PT↑, bleeding tendency
  • 분해/배설 기능의 장애 : bilirubin 대사 장애 -> 황달, 소양증, urine urobilinogen↑
  • 당 대사 장애 -> 공복시 저혈당, 식후 고혈당, DM
• portal hypertension에 의한 증상/합병증
  • esophageal/gastric varix (variceal bleeding)
  • spelnomegaly & hypersplemisn (->platelet↓ -> WBC↓)
  • ascites ; edema, SBP 등
  • hepatic encephalopathy
• 검사소견
  • albumin↓, globulin↑(A/G ratio↓), bilirubin↑, PT↑, thrombocytopenia
