Progressive muscular dystrophy
진행성 근육 퇴행위축(progressive muscular dystrophy)은 유전 소인에 의한 서서히 악화되어가는 골격근 변성이 특징적인 질환이다. 여러 질환이 있지만 XR 유전되는 Durchenn type muscular dystrophy와 양성 질환인 Becker type muscular dystrophy가 대표적이다.
Durchenn type muscular dystrophy
- Gower sign: 손에 무릎을 짚으며 등반성으로 기립
- 심근 장애, 호흡 기능 장애
- 동요성 보행, 장딴지 근육의 pseudohypertrophy 등
- 검사
- 혈청 크레아틴키나아제 상승
- 근전도, 근생검
- 진단: 유전검사로 확진
- 치료: steroid, 유전자 치료
