X-linked agammaglobulinemia

X-linked agammaglobulinemia(X-linked hypogammaglobulinemia, XLA, Bruton type agammaglobulinemia, Bruton syndrome)은 B 림프구 이상으로 인한 면역 결핍 질환이다.

임상 양상

• 기전
  • Defect in BTK, a tyrosine kinase gene Ž no B-cell maturation.
  • XR 유전
• Recurrent bacterial and enteroviral infections after 6months(maternal IgG 없어지면서)
• Absent B cells in peripheral blood, 모든 종류의 Ig 감소
• Absent/scanty lymph nodes and tonsil(B 림프구가 풍부한 조직)
