진균종(Aspergilloma)
임상 양상
- 원인: 주로 결핵 치료 후 발생하며 상엽에 호발, sarcoidosis, 폐암(편평상피암, 거대세포암)
- 객혈
진단
- Chest X-ray: air-meniscus sign
- IgG Ab(+)
- sputum culture: 진균 배양되는 경우는 매우 드물다
치료
- 대부분 무증상으로 경과관찰
- 객혈이 심한 경우: BAE->수술적 절제(lobectomy)
- Amphotericin B: 별 효과 없음
