SVC syndrome
상대정맥 증후군(SVC syndrome)은 lung cancer나 lymphoma 등에 의해 SVC 및 그주위의 정맥이 폐쇄되어 여러 가지 증상을 야기시키는 질환
임상양상
- dyspnea(m/c), arm/face의 swelling, chest pain, 홍조
원인
- 주로 central type lung cancer(small cell lung cancer가 m/c), 특히 RUQ쪽 cancer
진단 및 치료
- 증상관리(가장 우선적): 이뇨제, 산소, 저염식이, bed rest with head elevation
- Intravascular self-expanding stent insertion
- CT->Biopsy->해당 암의 치료
- RTx: NSCLC, metastatic solid tumor
- CTx: SCLC, lymphoma(steroid), germ cell tumor
