클로미펜(Clomiphene, Clomiphene citrate)은 SERM 계열의 약제로 시상하부의 estrogen receptor 와 결합하여 에스트로겐의 negative feedback을 억제하는 기전으로 ovulation induction에 쓰는 약제이다
