급성 심장막염(Acute pericaditis)
임상 양상
- Chest pain: 앉거나 앞으로 숙이는 경우 경감, 누우면 심해짐
- Pericardial friction rub
진단
- ECG: upward concavity ST elevation, Reciprocal change 두드러지지 않음
- Dx: echocardiography(echo free space around heart)
치료
- bed rest, anti-inflammatory tx with aspirin
- NSAIDs, colchicines
- 결체조직질환이 원인인경우 Glucocorticoid가 증상완화
- Anticoagulant: 금기
- Pericardiectomy: 최종치료
