Sodium-potassium pump
Sodium-potassium pump(Na+/K+ ATPase)는 ATP를 이용하여 세포 안으로 포타슘을 들이고 소듐을 내보내는 기능을 한다.
기능
- Na+ out, 2 K+ in: 세포 안이 negative charge를 유지하도록 함
- 3 solutes out, 2 solutes in: net flux of water out of the cell(volume regulation of excitable tissue)
