- 잠복기 1~3일
- 물설사에서 점액성 혈성 설사
- Tenesmus
진단
- Stool culture: Gold standard
- Stool exam
치료
- 대증치료: 수액 및 전해질 보충
- Ciprofloxacin: 1차 약제
- Ceftriaxone, azithromycin: 2차 약제
- 장운동억제제(loperamide)는 피한다
