Osmolar gap

osmolar gap은 measured osmolality와 estimated osmolality 차이를 말한다. 보통 15 이하

• osmolar gap이 상승하는 경우
  • Na, glucose, BUN 외의 다른 osmole이 혈장 내 존재하는 경우
    • 예) ethanol, methanol, ethylene glycol, acetone, mannitol
