Hypochondriasis

Hypochondriasis(건강염려증)는 심각한 병을 가지고 있다는 걱정이나 이러한 생각에 과도하게 사로잡혀있는 질환이다. 신체화 장애, 통증 장애, 전환 장애와 달리 남녀 같은 빈도로 나타나는 특징이 있다 DSM-V부터 삭제되었고 Somatic symptom disorder, Ilness anxiety disorder가 생김

임상양상

특정한 질병이나 중증 질환에 대해 질병이 있다고 주장하는 경향이 있으며, 사소한 이상에 대해서 과도한 공포나 믿음을 가진다.
