Hepatic hemangioma

• hypoechoic mass +- hyperechoic rim

Atypical CT findings

• a small low-attenuating lesion with slow enhancement
• a lesion with early homogeneous enhancement during the AP
• a lesion with homogeneous high or low attenuation on the first series of dynamic two-phase incremental CT images
• a lesion with an arteriovenous shunt

DDx

• FNH: iso or hyper intense SI on HBP.
• Well-differentiated HCC with fat(for hyperechoic mass)
• other delayed enhancing liver tumor: angiosarcoma, CCC, infantile hemangioendothelioma and so on.
• Peliosis hepatis: Centrifugal enhancement
