ECOG score(The Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group score)는 암환자들의 일상 생활 웰빙과 활동을 정량화하기 위한 방법이다.

단계

6개의 단계로 분류한다.

• ECOG Grade 0: Fully active, able to carry on all predisease performance without restrictlon
• ECOG Grade 1 : Restricted in physically strenuous activity but ambulatory and able to carry out work of a light or sedentary nature. 예) 집안일, 사무일 정도는 할 수 있으나 수영과 같은 운동은 힘들다
• ECOG Grade 2: Ambulatory and capable of all seIf-care but unable to carry out any work activities. Up and about more than 50% of waking hours
• ECOG Grade 3: Capable of only limited self-care, confined to bed or chair more than 50% of waking hours
• ECOG Grade 4: Completely disabled. Can not carry on a myseIf-care. Totally confined to bed or chair
• ECOG Grade 5: Dead
