Brugada syndrome

브루가다 증후군(Brugada syndrome)는 주로 젊은 남자에서 나타나는 돌연 심장사의 원인 질환 중 하나이다.

임상 양상

• 주로 젊은 남자
• Cardiac arrest may occur during sleep or be provoked by febrile illness
• Na 채널과 관련된 mutation이 25%에서 발견됨

진단

• >0.2 m V of ST -segment elevation with a coved ST segment & negative T wave in more than one anterior precordial lead (V1~V3)
• episodes of syncope or cardiac arrest due to polymorphic VT in the absence of structural heart disease

치료

• ICD: for unexplained syncope or been resuscitated from cardiac arrest
• Quinidine: to suppress frequent episodes of VT.
