Asbestosis

석면폐증(asbestosis)은 진폐증의 하나이다.

임상 양상

• 관련 직업 및 원인 물질: 건설업, 자동차 브레이크, 조선소, 단열제, 석면 광산
• 관련 질환 : IPF, 늑막질환, 폐암(Adenocarcinoma), Mesothelioma, 흉막질환
• 임상 소견 : Pleural plaque, 제한성 폐질환, cough, exertional dyspnea, crackle
• 객담에서 asbestos body 관찰.

• Chest CT
• 객담에서 asbestos body 검출
