조현병(schizophrenia, 정신분열병)
진단기준
- 심각한 사회적 직업적 장애가 최소 6개월 간 존재
- 아래의 증상 중 두가지 이상이 한달 중 상당기간 존재
- 다음 세가지 중 하나 이상: delusions, hallucinations or disorganized speech.
- 다음의 증상이 있다 : negative symptoms or severely disorganized or catatonic behaviour
- Subtype은 DSM-5에서 삭제됨
