Ehlers-Danlos syndrome

엘러스-단로스 증후군(Ehlers-Danlos syndrome)은 유전적인 문제로 콜라겐 합성 장애로 인하여 나타나는 hypermobile joints가 특징적인 유전 질환이다.

임상 양상

• 콜라겐 타입에 따라 여러 타입이 존재: Hypermobility type, Classical type, Vascular type
  • Vascular type: 가장 안 좋은 예후, aneurysm, intestinal perforation, pneumothorax.
