Osteochondrosis

골연골증(Osteochondrosis)는 immature skeleton에서 epiphyseal 또는 apophyseal center의 fragmentation 및 sclerosis를 보이는 질환군을 말함.

- Legg Calve Perthes disease: femur head
- Freiberg's disease: metatarsal head
- Kienbock's disease: lunate
- Kohler's disease: navicula
- Panner's disease: capitulum
- Thiermann's disease: proximal interphalangeal joint
- Osgood Schlatter disease: tibial tuberosity
- Blount's disease: proximal tibial epiphysis
- Scheuermann's disease: lower thoracic kyphosis
- Sinding Larsen Johansson disease: inferior patella
- Sever's phenomenon: secondary calcaneal ossification
- Ischiopubic osteochondrosis: normal variants
