Devolopmental dysplasia of the hip
발달성 고관절 형성이상(developmental dysplasia of the hip, DDH)
임상 양상
- 대퇴 내측의 피부 주름이 비대칭적
- 뒤뚱거리는 걸음
진단
- Physical Exam: Ortolani test(reduction test), Barlow test(provocation test), Allis sign
- 영아기: 고관절 초음파
- 생후 2~3개월 후에는 X-ray도 가능
치료
- 6개월 이전: 외전 부목, 파블릭 보장구 등
- 6개월 이후: 마취하 도수 정복, 실패시 open reduction
