Delivery
분만(delivery)은 크게 4가지 단계로 이루어지는데 이중 3단계인 분만 진통 과정이 중요하다.

- 시간에 따른 cervical dilatation의 관계
- 1st stage: 자궁 경부 소실 및 이완기
- Latent phase: 규칙적 수축 시작, 자궁 경부 3cm정도
- Active phase: 규칙적 수축과 함께 자궁경부 3cm 이상 열림
- Acceleration phase
- Phase of maximum slope
- Deceleration phase:
- 2nd stage: 태아 만출기, 자궁 경부 완전히 이완된 후부터 태아 분만까지
- 3rd stage: 태반 만출기
3 division of labor
- Prepratory division: Latent~Acceleration phase
- Dilatational division: Phase of maximum slope와 같다.
- Pelvic division: Deceleration phase, cardinal movement 의 시작
분만 중 태아 심박수 감시
- 1st stage: high risk 30분, low risk 15분
- 2nd stage: high risk 15분, low risk 5분
