Fluid distribution
체액 분포(Fluid distribution)는 다음과 같으며, osmolarity의 영향을 받는다
- Intracellular fluid(ICF): 약 2/3 of total body water
- Extracellular fluid(ECF): 약 1/3 of total body water
- Interstitial fluid(ISF): 약 3/4 of the extracellular fluid
- Plasma volume(PV, blood volume): 약 1/4 of the extracellular fluid
임상 연결
- Hemorrhage, Diarrhea, Vomiting 등
- isotonic fluid loss로 ECF의 loss, osm이나 ICF의 변화는 미미
- Dehydration, Diabetes insipidus, Alcoholism 등
- hypotonic fluid loss로 ECF, ICF의 감소 및 osm은 증가
- Primary polydipsia
- hypotonic fluid gain으로 osm 감소 및 ECF, ICF의 증가
