Ecchordosis physaliphora

Ecchordosis Physaliphora(EP) a small (usually < 1 cm) gelatinous soft tissue mass that represents an ectopic notochordal remnant.

Clinical manifestation

• more common in the spine than the skull.
• generally incidental findings.

Differential diagnosis

• clival chordoma
• arachnoid cyst
