갑상선 기능 항진증(Hyperthyroidism)
임상 양상
- 대사 과다 활성: Heat intolerance, Weight loss, Hyperactivity, anxiety, insomnia, hand tremor
- Diarrhea
- Thyrotoxic myopathy (proximal muscle weakness, normal CK)
- Pretibial myxedema (Graves disease), periorbital edema
- Warm, moist skin; fine hair
- Chest pain, palpitations, arrhythmias(β-adrenergic Rc 및 감수성 증가)
- Hypocholesterolemia
진단
- TSH 감소(primary hyperthyroidism인 경우)
- free or total T3 and T4 증가
