Paget disease
Paget disease(bone Paget's disease, 뼈 파제트병)은 Bone remodeling이 과도하게 항진되는 질환이다.
Clinical manifestation
- pelvic bone(m/c), spine, skull and proximal long bones
Imaging features
- Phase
- Lytic phase : osteolysis, particularly affecting the skull(osteoporosis circumscripta) and subchondral long bones
- mixed phase : subsequent development of trabecular and cortical thickening and enlargement of bone
- blastic phase : sclerosis
- Pelvic bone: Triad.
- Cortical thickening and sclerosis of the iliopectineal and ischiopubic lines
- Acetabular protrusion
- Enlargement of the pubic rami and ischium

감별 질환
- Fibrous dysplasia: bone scan에서 마찬가지로 uptake 증가.
