Antitumor agent

항암제(Antitumor agent)는 암의 chemotherapy에 쓰이는 약물이다.

부작용

• Vinorelbine : peripheral neuropathy(Vin~ 계열)
• Paclitaxel : 과민성 반응(저혈압, 기관지 연축, 담마진), peripheral neuropathy
• Cisplatin: peripheral neuropathy
• Doxorubicin(Adriamycin) : 만성 심근질환, 부정맥, 골수억제, extravasation toxicity
• Capecitabine : Anemia, Lymphopenia, thrombocytopenia, Pneumonia, Angina-like chest pain*
• Ifosfamide: 출혈성 방광염
• Cyclophosphamide: 심독성, 간독성, 출혈성 방광염, 골수 억제
