Trigger finger는 flexion 시에 손가락의 일시적인 locking이나 pain, snapping sensation을 보이는 질환이다.
임상 양상
- stenosing tenosynovitis of the flexor tendons with thickening of the A1 pulley.
- risk factor: Stress injury, DM, Gout, RA and so on.
진단
- US[1]
- diffuse hypoechoic thickening(>1.1mm, normally 0.5mm) of the A1 pulley and underlying flexor tendon abnormalities
- The affected tendons are typically swollen and appear rounder in cross-sectional views under the thickened pulley than the other fingers.
- visualize the locking and snapping of the flexor tendon at the MCP level
