주의사항

- 두통, 시야변화, 열, 태동변화 등에 대해 문진
- 피나 액체가 비치지 않는지 문진
- Leopold's maneuvers
- 도플러 확인 후 장갑 착용
- 도플러 사용전 이상유무 확인(radial pulse 사용)
- 골반 내진 전 perigenital area 소독
- 골반 내진 시 PME DOS(Presentation, Membrane rupture, Effacement, Dilatation, Orientation, Station)
- Presentation : cephalic, breech... 등
- Membrane rupture : 유/무
- Effacement : 몇%
- Dilatation : 몇cm
- Orientation : occiput 기준으로 OP(occciput posterior), OA(occiput anterior), LOA(left occiput anterior), 등 (syphysis pubis가 anterior)
- Station : symphysis pubis 기준으로 더 내려오면 +, 덜 내려오면 - (-3 ~ +3)
- 검사 후 소견 설명
