Osteoid osteoma은 benign bone tumor로 a small radiolucent nidus가 특징인 종양이다.
임상 양상
- 10대, M(2-3배)>F
- Pain: quickly resolves(within 20 to 25 minutes) with NSAID
- The proximal femur(m/c)>tibia
- usually a solitary tumor.
Image features
- small, round lucency nidus(<1~1.5 cm in diameter) with a sclerotic margin
감별 질환
- stress fracture
- subacute/chronic osteomyelitis with intracortical abscess
- osteoblastoma
