Osteoid osteoma은 benign bone tumor로 a small radiolucent nidus(usually <1 to 1.5 cm in diameter)가 특징인 종양이다.
임상 양상
- 10대
- Pain: quickly resolves(within 20 to 25 minutes) with NSAID
Image features
- small, round lucency (nidus) with a sclerotic margin
감별 질환
- stress fracture
- subacute/chronic osteomyelitis with intracortical abscess
- osteoblastoma
